Is our Recycling being Recycled?

This is a call to action for America to develop the infrastructure to coordinate localized recycling processing, thereby creating jobs, decreasing material costs, and becoming more self-sufficient. We should also weigh the cost of single-use plastics and Styrofoam packaging vs. compostable packaging alternatives.
